What Information do we collect and how do we use it?

Personal data such as name, phone number, family doctor and their contact details, allergies and medical conditions is collected during the registration process. This data is collected to be able to provide a safe learning environment for everyone. Participants are also asked to give (or refuse) permission to have their photo taken for a) documentation purposes b) to share on social media c) for publicity.

This data is viewed only by limited staff members when it is necessary for them to do so. All staff members will be made aware of any allergies, medical conditions, or extra learning needs present in a group before the first session with the program. All collected data: application forms, photos, and incident reports, are kept in confidential folders which are accessible only by limited staff members.

Data will be reviewed and updated on a yearly bases. You may request your personal information be deleted from our records.

  • We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, respond to a survey, communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.
  • When you register for a class or program we may ask for personal information such as name, address, medical information, credit card details, or other information. We use this information to process your order and make adjustments to session planning where it is deemed helpful or necessary (for example in the case of allergies or disabilities)
  • We collect the contact information of parents and family doctor so that in an emergency we may contact the appropriate person.
  • We collect date of birth and medical information as well as information on any individual learning needs so we may provide a safe and holistic learning environment for all participants.
